A 50% deposit is required before any order will be processed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Certified Check or Money Order.  Personal or company checks will  be accepted only after approval of credit application.  Personal or company checks without credit approval will be held 10 business days and will delay the shipment of your order.

All orders not paid with Visa/Mastercard will ship C.O.D. Certified Check or Money Order, for balance of merchandise plus freight.

*Damaged Merchandise   A claim for damaged merchandise must be made within 2 weeks of shipping date.  All merchandise damaged in shipping ,must have claim filled with UPS or freight company to receive credit. 

Returned Checks

A $25.00 charge will be accessed for each NSF check returned by bank.

 All future orders will be certified check or money order.

 We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to freight or package services.

*Returns  Dern Trophy does not accept return of trophies due to event cancellation or errors made when placing orders.

*Special Order Trophies  Any change from our standard trophies will require a minimum additional charge of 10%.

*Attaching Engraving to Trophies or Medals  .20 additional per trophy, .10 additional to attach ribbons to medals.

*Attaching Figures to Trophies  .20 additional per trophy.

*Minimum Order   No minimum order is required.
